New Home & Remodel
Foundation Phase:
During this initial stage, pipes are laid out to align with the structural foundation. This includes setting up the main water lines and drainage pipes beneath the slab or within the framing. Accuracy here ensures a solid base for all future plumbing work.
Rough Phase:
In the rough phase, all piping that will be hidden behind walls, ceilings, and floors is installed. This includes supply lines to fixtures, drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems, and connection points for water heaters and other appliances. Proper sloping and secure support are critical to avoid future leaks or blockages.
Finish Phase:
The finishing phase focuses on connecting exposed fixtures and testing the system. This means attaching faucets, toilets, sinks, and any visible piping or valves. Attention to detail is key to ensure everything operates smoothly and looks great.
